1. Returns Eligibility

- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The request is made within 30 days of the delivery date
- You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons:
- Opened or used hygiene products
- Nutritional supplements once opened
- Gift cards or downloadable products
- Clearance or final sale items (unless defective)
3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error.
- Please use a trackable shipping method when returning items, as we cannot guarantee receipt otherwise.

- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.
